Message From Interfolio

Dear Interfolio User,

I want to share some important information about Interfolio with you.

Throughout our nine-year history, Interfolio has worked hard to make our services affordable. Since 1999, the cost of our annual account fee has only increased by $3. Due to some dramatic cost increases recently (for example, shipping fees have increased 25% to 35% in the last year alone) we need to raise our fees this year. We are introducing this new pricing schedule so that we can continue to invest in improving our services and in providing excellent service to you.

In addition to providing information about these pricing changes, I also want to share some news about new services and improvements on which we've been working:

Email Deliveries

Many of you have told us that credential packages must now be delivered via email. We listened to your feedback and have built a new process that enables you to deliver your credentials via email. We created a secure process - we personally contact every receiver before emailing any documents - so your credentials remain completely secure and confidential. You'll have access to this new delivery method in early September.

Interfolio Portfolios

We launched Interfolio in 1999 with a mission to be the best way to deliver credentials anywhere in the world. In 2008 we will take our mission forward in an exciting new way by introducing a revolution in the way you showcase your skills, experiences, and accomplishments. This new service will empower you to share documents, video, audio, and other content you create and will help you build a strong professional identity online. We will announce more about this in the coming months but we wanted to let you know about this exciting development.

Improved Performance

We have made major investments this year in our systems and our support teams to ensure that we provide you with the best possible help in pursuing your academic and professional goals. These improvements are already up and running.
