Support

Support and personal service is a key component of the Interfolio package. You will have a member of the Interfolio team assigned to work with you  throughout the process. The transition is easy and we'll have you up and running with Interfolio in no time flat. We'll help you promote the service to your constituents and work with you to move as much data as you need to your new system. You also have the option to import everything into the Interfolio system, whether you currently store documents on paper or electronically.

Security

Security and trust are the foundation of Interfolio.  Robust technological safeguards, including multiple levels of encryption, keep stored documents protected, secure, and private. Closed letters of recommendation are kept confidential with a comprehensive rights management system. To further ensure privacy and security, Interfolio employs a rigorous quality control process, digital offsite backups, and a strict policy of never giving out private information to third parties

Thinking about partnering with Interfolio?  Here's what to discuss with your Interfolio contact:

1. Schedule an Interfolio demo for your staff if you haven't already. Fill out a request form or call us and we'll schedule it for you.
2. Select a launch date or approximate time frame to begin. This can be any time, but we recommend at least two weeks to get everything set up.
3. Determine if you want to sponsor your student's accounts or convert any existing files.
4. Get your Administrator's account (Interfolio will do this for you)
5. Insert Interfolio HTML into your web site (see sample)
6. Get email templates from Interfolio and send to students and faculty to announce new partnership.
7. Discuss other customization options
8. Start referring your student to Interfolio!
