The Interfolio team is back from a very successful NACE 2009 conference! We met with a lot of great people and shared many ideas on how technology can help colleges and universities provide better services to students, and ultimately help them launch successful careers after graduation.

One thing that really made this conference stand out was the enhanced conversation and collaboration we saw taking place on Twitter. We were so busy at our booth talking to attendees that we weren't able to share as many of the conference sessions as we'd have liked, but the information we saw over Twitter allowed us to be a part of the conversation and hear about what was being discussed in sessions and meetups all week. We hope the dialogue continues now that the conference is over, and look forward to sharing more with our many new followers. Join us if you haven't already!

We've shared some of the highlights and thoughts from other NACE attendees below, but you can also check out the live conversation by clicking here

The following week, Interfolio headed straight to Buffalo, NY for the Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers Conference.  Much like NACE, the conference featured a great keynote by KSU Professor Michael Wesch.  The days were jam packed with productive sessions and chances for attendees to network and share ideas regarding best practices in their fields.

This year, the exhibitor committee was headed by our own Jack Gaynor, who has been working closely with EACE to increase conference visibility and attendance.  Interfolio is looking forward to more productive conferences in the future, and we hope to continue the friendships and discussions we have begun this time around!
