Many writers ask why they should create an Interfolio writer account when all they need to do is submit a letter of recommendation for a student. Here are some of the benefits of creating an account:

1. Fast, secure electronic upload capability. In order to add a letter to the Interfolio system by electronic upload, you will need to create an Interfolio account.

2. Access to letters written in the past providing an easy way to update past letters and create new ones.

3. Easy management of inbound letter writing requests. No need to keep track of emails or lists of people you need to write letters for. It will all be stored in your Interfolio account.
