Letter Writers > View Your Uploaded Letter > Can I access a letter that I submitted by mail?

To receve a copy of a letter that you submitted to Interfolio by mail, you will need to contact Interfolio.

Please send an email to help@interfolio.com. The email should contain the following information:

  1. Your name
  2. Email address
  3. Phone number
  4. Title
  5. Institution affiliation
  6. Fileholder name for whom you wrote the letter

Once we have located your letter and validated your request, we will be able to provide you with a copy of your letter.
