Mouse2Sig: This method is the quickest and easiest option, however, it may produce a digitized version that isn't as aesthetically pleasing as your handwritten signature. While the Mouse2sig version will be accepted by all receivers, you may not be happy with the appearance. Try the Fax2Sig option or consult someone at your institution who can help you create an electronic version of your signature.

Fax2Sig: If the signature is distorted then it is most likely an issue with the original fax transmission and you may want to submit the signature again. To replace your signature by fax, go to the "My Signature" tab and click on the "Replace Your Signature: Fax2Sig" link. Download the Fax2Sig form, sign it and refax it back to Interfolio. If the problem persists, it may be an issue with your fax machine and we recommend that you try using a different machine.
