If mouse2Sig: This method is tricky and your best efforts may not produce a signature up to your standards. If you are not happy with the quality of your mouse2Sig signature, we suggest you try fax2Sig, or consult with someone at your institution who can help you create an electronic version of your signature.

If fax2Sig: It is likely that there was an issue with your fax transmission and you may want to replace your signature with a new one.

To replace your signature by fax, go to the My Signature tab. Click on the Replace Your Signature: Fax2Sig link. Download the Fax2Sig form, sign it and refax it back to Interfolio. If possible, try using a different fax machine.
