Account Maintenance Fees
Both account options include the scanning and uploading of paper documents, 250 MB of online storage and unlimited customer support.

$15 for one year
$45 for five years (includes 3 first class USPS mailings free)

Note:  Letter writer accounts can be created at no charge.  Documents can be addd to a Letter Writer account in response to a letter writing request made by a paid Interfolio Fileholder.

Delivery Fees
Fileholders pay a delivery fee when sending application materials to an institution or organization.  All paper delivery fees listed below include a single envelope containing up to 20 pages, regardless of the number of documents.  Each envelope containing more than 20 pages will cost an extra $1 per additional 20 pages.

Note:  There is no charge for a letter writer to submit a letter to interfolio on behalf of a fileholder.

$4.00 - Electronic Delivery
Deliveries completed by 2 pm Eastern will be delivered electronically the same business day.

$5.00 - US Postal Service Domestic Delivery
Deliveries completed by 11:59 pm Eastern will go out on the next business day.  Estimated shipping time:  3-14 days.  Tracking is not included.
 
$9.00 - US Postal Service Priority Mailing
Deliveries completed by 2 pm Eastern will go out on the same business day.  Estimated shipping time:  3-5 days.  Tracking is not included. 
 
$14.00 - 2-Day Delivery
Deliveries completed by 2 pm Eastern will be delivered in 2 business days. Includes tracking.
 
$25.00 - Overnight Delivery
Deliveries completed by 2 pm Eastern time will be delivered by 12 pm on the next business day.  Includes tracking.
 
$40.00 - Rush Processing Overnight Delivery
Miss the 2 pm deadline?  Deliveries completed by 4 pm Eastern time will be delivered by 12 pm on the next business day.  Includes tracking.
