For this reason we encourage you to insert a digital picture of your signature into all of your recommendations. 1. Create your own: Your IT department on campus may be able to help you create a digital image of your signature. We recommend saving the image to your desktop and inserting it into any word processing document you wish to sign (including letters you plan to upload to Interfolio). If you do not have the ability to create an image file of your signature, Interfolio can help. Please go to the “Signature” section of your account's "Home" page and choose one of the following: The quickest way to upload your signature is through our innovative feature, Mouse2Sig. From your account's “Signature” section located on your home page, please go to "Signature Setup." By selecting the Mouse2Sig option you can user your mouse to write out your signature as an image file. Once approving the signature's appearance, the signature will instantly be available for you to download and save to your desktop or to create a word template with the signature already included in the document.
