By entering your document's unique email address into the application, the request for the letter and corresponding login information will sent to Interfolio and a pending delivery is created. On occasion, our system will create a pending delivery for you but when we are ready to perform the upload, we find out that the website requires us to enter information that we simply cannot provide, such as:
