When our operations team processes online application deliveries, we actually log into each website and manually upload your letters.

Occasionally we are asked to upload a document to a website that requires us to enter information about you or about your writer that we are simply not able to provide.  Here are some examples:      

• Please rank this candidate’s past performance.
• Please rank this candidate’s future potential.
• Do you highly recommend, recommend or not recommend this candidate?
• Please tell us how you know the candidate.

Regretfully, we can't enter this type of information on behalf of a writer.  So, if we run into this situation with your Online Application delivery, we will send you an email and credit your account with the cost of the delivery.
