We are currently processing web deliveries within 3 business days from the time you pay for your web delivery.  

Here is a sample timeline but please note:  all 3rd party application systems are different and maintain their own schedule for sending out letter requests.

  • Tuesday:  You enter your Interfolio document email address into the 3rd party application system.
  • Wednesday:  The 3rd party application system sends a request to Interfolio.
  • Wednesday:  Interfolio creates a pending delivery for that letter.  Interfolio sends you an email letting you know that you can come to Interfolio.com to complete your delivery transaction.
  • Thursday:  You log in to Interfolio and complete your delivery transaction.
  • Tuesday:  Interfolio uploads your letter to the 3rd party application system.
