  1. On the Add Document page, select Document Type "Confidential Letter of Recommendation"
  2. Enter your writer's contact information
  3. Update the default document title to something that will help you recognize this specific letter (i.e. Letter from Dr. Smith)
  4. Select a delivery method for the letter request:
  • If you select email, customize the personal note that will be sent along with the request and click the blue Request Letter button to send.
  • If you select print out, click the blue button to create a PDF copy of the request form.
