Boston College Career Center

I served as Director of the Boston College Career Center from 1996-2000. During that time, thanks to an incredible staff, we dramatically expanded our internship program, our on-campus recruiting program, our web site, and our alumni network. We served more students than ever before.

We also played a leadership role in applying technology to career services. We were the first university career center to fully use the eRecruiting platform (eRecruiting later grew to include over 500 career centers). We also were leaders in a national online Internship network and a career information sharing consortium. Full Page
