I graduated in 2002 from Florida State University with a M.P.A degree. I found my passion for web-development while studying the concepts and theories of e-governance as a graduate student. Since graduating I have gone on to do extensive development work for many different organizations including private companies, government agencies, and educational institutions. I always have been and always will be passionate about technology in all of its splendor.
