See dozens of illuminated New Testament manuscripts online. I had the opportunity to work on the University of Chicago Library’s digitization of the Goodspeed Manuscript Collection, comprised of dozens of New Testament manuscripts from the 5th to the 19th century. Spending my days with these beautifully illuminated manuscripts tempted me to abandon academic work in favor of library and preservation work.Visit Website 
I served as editorial assistant for the journal until it moved its main office from Chicago to D.C.
