As an in-house designer, I've been more frequently tasked with designing logos for events, activities and minor brands rather than entire companies... and in recent years, I've done a lot less logo design and a lot more web and interaction design. But there are a few more recent projects that reflect my current style.
Logo for a ColdFusion framework. Although the product is technology focused, we wanted to get away from the stereotypical "tech" logo. In addition, the existing logo was a mountain stream that the framework creator liked, but thought needed more polish. This was the updated interpretation.
This logo was designed for a technology video-podcast. The concept was a play on old-school monitors and pixels, using "monochrome" green and amber colors and an ultra-low resolution depiction of the show title initials. This show has yet to be released, but the logo is done!
The company I designed this for creates an "annual theme" each year to serve as the focus of their annual meeting and for team building throughout the year. This "theme" logo typically goes along with a PowerPoint template and various other promotional materials, and this particular edition is what I designed for their theme, "Listen, Learn, Respond".
