One of my significant accomplishments was to adapt the proven Accenture High Performance business concepts to the leasing industry. We created the Accenture High Performance Asset Finance Model.

    My team and I sold a consulting engagement to large leasing company and used the Accenture High Performance Asset Finance Model as the foundation of the work we accomplished for the leasing company. That consulting engagement was a seven person engagement team that facilitated incremental revenue growth, increased customer intimacy, reduced costs and enhanced the usefulness of existing software for the leasing company. Specifically, we:

    -Developed new front-end operating model strategy and processes, and created HR realignment plan
    -Managed CRM software evaluation and selection process,
    -Evaluated Business Process Outsourcing and Application Outsourcing services.
