Scott Thacker

Biography

Scott Thacker is an entrepreneur, intrepreneur and management consultant experienced in general management, innovation and corporate development with a focus on launching new products and starting divisions within companies in the software, consulting, leasing, higher education, and aviation industries.

He is the COO of Interfolio, Inc. where he is responsible for leading the core functions of the company. Previously, he was a Senior Executive at Accenture, where he co-led the leasing industry management consulting practice within the North American Financial Services Practice.

Prior to his time at Accenture, Scott was a Senior Director at Oracle where he co-founded Oracle Lease Management, a global software application developed with GE Commercial Finance. He also participated in the start-up of the e-Commerce Consulting Division of AT&T Solutions.

Mr. Thacker was a co-founder and Vice President of AMR Consulting Group, a division of American Airlines, and during his eight-year tenure in the Treasury and Real Estate Finance groups at American Airlines, he executed M&A, leasing, taxable and tax-exempt financing, and real estate transactions.

He is a member of the Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of the Heart Rhythm Society and sits on the Board of Directors of N Street Village.

Mr. Thacker earned a MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a BS from the School of Business of Wake Forest University. He is a Certified Public Accountant, has published several articles and has presented at international conferences on leasing, technology, the confluence of technology and strategy, and aviation.

In his spare time, Scott consults to entrepreneurs in the social media, software, food and medical industries, and is an investor in several start-up businesses.
