I have over 7 years experience as contracted US Army trainer, training developer, and project/program manager. These experiences make me confident in course development and in the classroom. I designed this EDLD 8400, Ethics for Leaders in Higher Education course during the Spring 2009 semester. My internship professor (and dissertation chair) liked the design so much he petitioned the Educational Foundations, Leadership, and Technology Department in the College of Education to offer my course as an alternative to the K-12 oriented EDLD 8400 course. Since I was persuing AU's Graduate Certificate in College/University Teaching, I was permitted to co-teach my course for my teaching practicum. Read Document
