With over ten years of recruiting experience, Tara LaDuca is currently a Senior Associate in Heidrick & Struggles’ Global Life Sciences practice. Based in Washington, DC, she identifies leaders for public, private and private equity-backed companies with goals of revenue growth and expansion. She has completed high level executive searches for clients spanning the United States ranging in size from $10 million to $6 billion. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, she was the Senior Recruiting Manager for a privately held technology consulting firm where she was focused on the staffing needs for custom application initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and government clients. Integral in putting the company on the Fortune 500’s list of fastest growing company’s, she doubled the employee base and built a structured recruiting department and streamlined the hiring process. Prior, she was a corporate recruiting manager for a multi-million dollar software company in Vienna, VA that included full-lifecycle recruiting for mid and executive-level hires for all corporate departments. Tara earned her bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
