Frequently Asked Questions About Our Service and Pricing Changes

Effective July 1, 2010, Interfolio will introduce a 100% Delivery Guarantee for all deliveries and will raise electronic delivery fees from $4 to $6. What do you mean when you say that you will fix any delivery issues for free?
If you tell us that a delivery was not received on time, we will contact the recipient of your delivery, take ownership of the delay and explain to your receiver that it was not your fault. We will work with him or her to locate your delivery. If it cannot be found, we will resend your delivery in a way that meets your receiver's needs. If you let us know there is an issue, you will never have to pay to send the same delivery twice.

When do the price changes take effect?
The new prices go into effect on July 1, 2010.

Why are Interfolio’s electronic delivery prices changing now?
We are investing heavily in customer service and in technology so our members, and their writers and receivers, will have a better experience.

How will this change affect delivery credits that I have?
The price changes do not affect your delivery credits – one free delivery still equates to one free delivery.

How will this affect the credit balance that I currently have in my account?
The price changes will not affect your credit balance. Any account credit balance that has been applied to your account will carry forward at full face value.

Are there any changes to the account fees?
No, account fees are not affected at this time.

Are there any other changes that I should be aware of?
We used to offer 3 free delivery credits for those who signed up for a new 5-year account. Starting July 1, 2010, new 5-year account subscriptions will not include 3 free deliveries. This change will not impact anyone who has signed up before July 1, 2010 in any way.

I have an active 5-year subscription to Interfolio and I haven’t used my free deliveries yet. How will this affect me?
Members that sign up for a 5-year subscription prior to July 1, 2010 will not experience a change in the fees associated with their account, and any remaining free delivery credits will remain available.
