WASHINGTON, D.C., November 16, 2012 — Marking continued year-to-year growth among its clients, products and employees, Interfolio, a trusted provider of higher education credential management and committee-based decision-making services, today announced a 13 percent revenue increase. As a result, Interfolio has extended its staff by 50 percent since 2011 and moved into a larger Washington, D.C. office.

Since launching ByCommittee, which helps higher education institutions recruit, evaluate and retain the most talented and diverse candidates, Interfolio has more than doubled its institution clients—including a 100 percent renewal rate and the addition of new customers Boston College, Johns Hopkins University and Tulane University, among others. Interfolio ByCommittee also tripled its individual user base through key partnerships with the American Philosophical Association, Inside Higher Ed and the Modern Language Association.

“As senior administrators at colleges and universities focus on process improvement and reforming operational costs, the need for innovative technology services will continue to grow,” said Steve Goldenberg, CEO of Interfolio. “To help meet this need, Interfolio is committed to streamlining the various selection and decision processes for institutions while creating an exceptional application experience for academic candidates.”

Also, Interfolio Dossier, the company’s founding service that helps scholars manage their academic credentials online, has increased document deliveries by more than 20 percent over the last year. Dossier now supports 300,000 scholars, letter writers and faculty with more than 5 million total documents delivered to date.
