Angelica Alston

Angelica joined Interfolio in the Fall of 2011 as an intern on the Fulfillment team. A year later in 2012, she was promoted as a Paper and Electronic Delivery Specialist where she handled and processed both Paper and Electronic deliveries for our customers day in and out. Within her time at Interfolio, she has become an expert on handling all Fulfillment tasks, from handling paper deliveries to incoming document processing, quality control, scanning, printing, and all other delivery/document functions for our users on a daily basis. In 2014, both the Fulfillment and Customer Support teams merged together to become Scholar Services. During this merge, Angelica took on new tasks along with her current Fulfillment role, including taking on training about Customer Support, new projects, and communicating with our users in regards to delivery questions they may have. The fall is the busiest season of the year where Interfolio has a high volume of incoming documents, deliveries, and calls. Angelica has spent countless busy seasons with us and Fall of 2016 will make it her 5th busy season and 5th year here at Interfolio!
