Jocelyn is an innovative commercial leader with a passion for scaling higher education solutions. She aspires to reach audacious goals, leverage innovative strategies, and solve large-scale problems with creative and collaborative teams. Jocelyn leads Interfolio’s commercial efforts to scale data-driven growth with “faculty first” as our guiding principle.
She has over 20 years of experience bringing research practices, technologies, and services into the higher education market. She helped launch The Advisory Board Company’s (ABCO) higher education division in 2008 (EAB). At EAB she led go-to-market for the student success and retention technology portfolio, built an adult enrollment services solution in the adult and graduate market, and supported early market efforts around diversity, equity, and inclusion solutions in the corporate space. Jocelyn has served in a number of leadership capacities dedicated to enhancing existing partner relationships, establishing new ones, and continuing to promote best practices to ensure consistent and ever-improving institutional results. Jocelyn’s primary focus is on innovations and solutions that supports colleges and universities in developing strategies to drive smart growth and sustainability.
Jocelyn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from Barnard College at Columbia University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and Human Resources from The George Washington University. She currently sits on the Board of BetterALife, Inc., a local food bank committed to fighting child hunger. She lives in Virginia with her two children and a trusty Aussalier, all of whom try to keep her in line. She is obsessed with artisan cheese, loves skiing, running, yoga, and doing hard things.
