Vice President, Technical Services and Support

At Interfolio, Todd is leading our Technical Services and Technical Support Teams. He enjoys working directly with our clients to understand their business requirements & challenges and aligning his teams to deliver client delight in the most efficient manner. Todd has spent the entirety of his career focused on support and services delivery with an emphasis on designing and delivering high visibility projects, support and offerings that solve client’s business initiatives. He’s highly focused on process improvement and has an affinity for using analytics and metrics to help manage and drive Interfolio’s success. Prior to joining, Todd was a technical support manager of mission critical single-sign-on infrastructures after he was a professional services security architect. Todd holds of B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
