I've been working with Interfolio since 2006, and since joining the team, I've led several initiatives that have helped the company to grow. I am currently working to open a secondary office for Interfolio in California.
Without a doubt, my ultimate goal is helping Interfolio exceed the expectations of all customers. This probably stems from the Air Force's Core Value of: Service Before Self, but I firmly believe that this value applies to all avenues of life.
Therefore, I've obsessed over this value, and Interfolio has wholly embraced it. Aside from constantly making key upgrades to our products, we have precision focus on making the use of our site extremely pleasurable. With the distinct advantage of knowing the anxiety of applying for a job or for school, we can truly focus on putting ourselves in the shoes of our members and asking: "How can we make an amazing product for our members?"
