Will the Summit be in-person or virtual this year?

The Interfolio 2020 Summit will be 100% virtual this year. 

During this time, all institutions of higher education are navigating similar challenges. We want to continue to serve this important community. We are working hard to re-envision the Summit for an online environment. It is our goal to still deliver the networking, knowledge, and community that we were planning to have in-person in DC

When will the conference take place?

We are still determining the exact schedule for the Summit. We recommend saving the dates of July 9 and July 10 on your calendar, as we know some of the core programming will happen at that time.

How can I register? What are the registration rates?

We will be offering the virtual Summit free of charge to Interfolio clients. Registration details will be posted in the coming months.

What if I already registered for the in-person Summit?

As the virtual Summit will be free-of-charge, we will be fully refunding your registration fees. Please be patient with us as we work through the refunds; keep an eye out for emails from Summit@interfolio.com. Don’t forget to cancel your hotel or lodging reservation so that you avoid any cancellation charges.

If you also registered for a pre-Summit Workshop, we will refund those registration fees. We are evaluating the best approaches to workshops and will follow up soon.

Do I need to cancel my hotel room reservation in the Interfolio Summit room block?

What technology will I need to attend for the virtual Summit?

We will provide additional details about the Summit platform and how to access the content in the coming months.

I'd like to present a session at the Summit. Is that possible?

Our submission window closed in December. We look forward to sharing client-generated content with you around the theme of "A Community of Practice: Fostering Engagement & Impact in Higher Ed."

Currently we are not accepting proposals from non-Interfolio clients. Additionally the Summit is not accepting external exhibitors.
