The email that is sent when you request your password is sent immediately. Depending on your own email system and settings, you may end up waiting for up to a few hours. However, usually, your emailed password should arrive right away.
If your password reminder email is taking longer than you expect to arrive, you may want to check your other email accounts to be sure we did not send the email to one of those addresses. The email address to which the password reminder email will be sent is the primary email address associated with your account. If you use multiple email addresses with some regularity, you may want to check all of the accounts.
The information you entered into the password reminder box was not recognized by our system. You may have entered an incorrect username or an email address that is not associated with your Interoflio account.
If you have multiple email addresses, try entering another one of your email addresses into the field.
If you are having trouble remembering your username, try entering the email address that is associated with your Interfolio account into the box. Remember, the password reminder email will be sent to that same address.
